As a Development & Skills Coach, you’ll support learners across our campuses, helping them build confidence, strengthen essential life skills, and progress into further study, apprenticeships or employment.

• Deliver engaging Personal Development, work readiness, and enrichment sessions
• Manage a caseload of learners, supporting attendance, engagement and progression
• Facilitate community projects, employer links, and wider enrichment activities
• Support students with UCAS guidance, references and employability pathways
• Monitor and track student engagement, including those identified as ‘At Risk’
• Develop fresh, relevant, and motivating resources to inspire learners

• Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Experience delivering Personal Development, employability or enrichment programmes
• Ability to motivate and support young people from diverse backgrounds
• A positive, proactive and student‑centred approach
• Level 2 English & Maths (or willingness to work towards)
• Teaching/training qualification (or willingness to achieve one)
