Learning and Behaviour Mentor

We are recruiting a Learning and Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need additional help staying focused and engaged. Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils during lessons
• Encourage positive learning behaviours
• Deliver small group or 1:1 support
• Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff

• Experience in education or youth work is desirable
• Positive and motivational approach
• Strong communication skills

This is a supportive role focused on helping pupils succeed in school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
