An education agency is seeking a Teaching Assistant for EYFS in South Shields. The ideal candidate should have experience in early years education and a strong understanding of child development. Responsibilities include supporting learning through play, assisting with phonics, and encouraging positive behaviour. This is a full-time, term-time position with a pay rate of £90–£110 per day, including holiday pay.
