As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with classroom teachers to deliver one-to-one and small group support. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing learning space for pupils with additional needs—many of whom benefit from extra attention to build confidence, independence, and engagement with learning.

You’ll be supported throughout by teaching staff, SENDCos, and specialists to ensure you feel confident and equipped in your role.

Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

You don’t need formal experience—what matters most is your attitude and approach. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including graduates, career changers, and those new to education.
