£25,989 pa pro rata

Work pattern:
Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 3pm

Required as soon as possible

The Governing Body are looking to appoint a highly motivated individual with a strong desire and commitment to work in Alternative Education. The successful candidate will join us at an exciting juncture on the school’s improvement journey; the school judged as being “Good” by Ofsted in April 2023, they will be a committed and enthusiastic team player and driven to raise standards.

Responsibilities
  • Under the instruction/guidance of the Office Manager: provide general administrative/financial support to the School, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of children.
  • Passionate about education and committed to developing the potential of every child.
  • Experience of SEND, inclusion and children with SEMH.
  • Approachable and always willing to turn their hand to something new.
  • Evidence of good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work across both school sites and undertake further training and development would be an advantage.
  • Should have the skills and ability to work across either primary and/or secondary.
