19 hours average per week (Thursday & Friday 8am‑6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am‑1pm on a rota basis)
Salary: £13,292 to £14,667 basic (depending on experience) plus Bonus!

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for our customers
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell additional parts/accessories that benefit the customer
• Liaise with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes
• Manage a high volume of customers daily as well as telephone calls and online booking queries
• Inform customers of turnaround times and ensure effective communication throughout the period a customer’s car is in the workshop
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the systems when any bookings have been made

• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Previous experience using Kerridge / ADP (advantageous)
• Knowledge of other essential dealer systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
