A UK-based training firm is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their ongoing contract in South Shields. The successful candidate will conduct damp and mould inspections, diagnose building defects, and provide technical solutions ensuring properties meet Healthy Homes standards. A relevant qualification in Building Surveying, a valid Skilled CSCS card, and a UK driving licence with vehicle access are essential.
