Quantity Surveyor – Recladding / Social Housing
Tier One Main Contractor

Up to £65,000 Benefits
A leading tier one main contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Dartford
, working on recladding and external refurbishment projects within the social housing sector
.
This role offers long-term stability, exposure to large-scale frameworks, and excellent career progression within a well-established and highly respected contractor.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial management of recladding and façade projects
- Cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Procurement and management of subcontractors
- Preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Liaising with site teams, clients, and supply chain partners
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor
- Experience with in recladding, façades, or social housing is desirable
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a project team
- Salary up to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
