Bereavement Adviser (The Crematorium, South Shields) – £33,699 pa

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bereavement Adviser to join our team supporting the residents of South Tyneside. In this sensitive and rewarding role, you will guide families through the arrangements for burials, cremations and memorialisation, ensuring they receive respectful, empathetic and professional support during difficult times.

You will be part of a caring service that makes a meaningful difference to people when they need it most. If you are calm, organised and driven by a desire to help others, we would love to hear from you. Please note for the role you must be committed to working full-time hours in a busy office environment.

• Guide families through arrangements for burials, cremations and memorialisation with respectful, empathetic and professional support.
• Support residents of South Tyneside in a sensitive and organised manner within a busy office setting.

• Willingness to work full-time hours in a busy office environment.
