Night Shift Kennel Technician – Elite K9

Job Type: Full time / Part time

Shift: 10 PM – 6 AM

Starting Pay: $17-19/hour

Benefits: Eligible for raises, tips, 401k, and PTO after 90 days

Elite K9 Club is a premier boarding, daycare, training, and grooming facility dedicated to providing top‑tier care for dogs. We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Night Shift Kennel Technician.

• Letting dogs out individually for potty breaks at night.
• Supervising slumber party boarding dogs in large groups.
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times.

• Work Environment: This is a fast‑paced, high‑stress, and loud position that requires strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

  You will be working outdoors in all seasons, including extreme heat and cold.
• Independence: Most shifts are solo, though you may have a teammate during busy periods.

• Self‑sufficient and able to manage time efficiently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle dogs of various temperaments.
• Comfortable working independently in a physically demanding role.
• Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to learn and build a balanced relationship with each dog.

• We are hiring for all days of the week. (additional shifts may be available during holidays and peak seasons).
