This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Francisco, CA, for a Homecare RN Supervisor. The RN Supervisor will oversee and manage home care services, ensure quality patient care, and supervise and support nursing staff. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, training staff, addressing patient and family concerns, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The RN Supervisor will play a key role in monitoring patients' health, developing care strategies, and maintaining high standards in home care services.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and experience in Nursing and Homecare services
- Proficiency in providing Home Care and Patient Care services
- Leadership and team management skills to supervise caregiver staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in healthcare
- CPR and First Aid certifications are required
