Reporting to the Manager, Biologics Product Strategy & Marketing, the Sr Global Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing programs and activities for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a background with strategic marketing frameworks and concepts, along with professional and/or educational experience in biologics and antibody discovery. Candidates should have strong experience in a strategic and/or tactical marketing role and demonstrate cross‑functional work in a matrix organization.
Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's years of experience, individual skills, knowledge, abilities and location.
What You’ll Be Doing Strategy & Planning- Develop strategic, multi‑channel integrated marketing plans for the Biopharma portfolio based on customer segmentation, competitor analysis, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate and ensure alignment of marketing plans across Product Management, Field/Regional Marketing, Sales, and other key commercial stakeholders.
- Own the customer‑centric content strategy aligned with the customer journey, overseeing creation of content (e.g. blogs, case studies, webinars) and creative assets across all formats.
- In partnership with Product Management, R&D, and Operations, develop compelling copy and value propositions for antibody discovery and development markets, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Execute engaging marketing campaigns and manage tasks with digital, creative, and regional teams to deliver high‑quality promotional materials, including digital collateral, presentations, and trade shows.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns (e.g. lead generation, conversion rates, ROI), actively managing the marketing budget to optimize the promotional mix.
- Utilize customer research and analytics to understand needs and refine journey maps, tailoring content and messaging accordingly.
- Maintain strong market and competitive knowledge and support sales enablement by partnering with Product Management and Field Marketing on training and support materials.
- Engage directly with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and present progress reports to internal program stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Life Sciences required
- 5+ years’ experience in a Life Sciences Marketing role
- 3+ years of previous experience in product marketing management, marketing program management, administration, product management, or market development
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite and/or G‑suite; working knowledge of program/project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques, performance evaluation, and change management principles
- Experienced at compiling and following budgets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Biopharma including Antibody discovery experience

The base cash compensation for this California‑based role is below. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for bonus, equity, and a generous benefits package. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate skill, experience, expertise, and location and may vary from the amount listed above. Compensation may be different in other locations.

$107,527 - $142,883 USD
