Requisition Clerk

We are looking for requisition clerk who is responsible for verifying requisition control and lot traceability practice in storeroom.

• Work closely with storeroom manager, production managers, supervisors and hot kitchen team and record quantity pulled out, lot numbers, missing items and substituted products on requisition logs.
• Responsible for recording accurate requisition information and verifying lot numbers.
• Responsible for lot traceability during decanting process.
• Responsible for verifying the date and time information on the labels.
• Responsible for verifying rotation practices during decanting.
• Responsible for updating requisition lists for cold food and hot food kitchen items for new cycles.
• Assist storeroom team for the overall storeroom's food safety practices of decanting, lot traceability and quantity control of production.
• Other duties assigned by storeroom, production and FSQ managers.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Consistent follow-through needed.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be multi-tasking.
• High school diploma required.
• Bilingual preferred, Chinese and Spanish.

This position has some supervisory responsibilities.

This job operates in a cold environment and this position will routinely use label machines and tablets.
