Title: Contracts Manager III
Company: Netpace Inc
Duration: Up to 12 months
Location: South San Francisco, CA / Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote (no overtime required)
Responsibilities- Oversee contract negotiations and execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Manage vendor and client relationships
- Develop and improve contract processes
- Track contract lifecycle and renewals
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations
- Certification in contract management (preferred)
Interview format: 1 interview – panel with three team members. If another interview is needed to determine the best fit for finalists, there will be another round scheduled with the hiring manager.
