The Janitorial Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Hourly Pay: $23.10 The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* 1-2 years of experience required and on the job training provided

* High school diploma, GED or college degree required

Must have a valid Driver's License Card

Must be able to pull, push, and lift more than 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Customer service experience

* 1-2 years of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain buildings/facilities

* Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures

* Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems

Must have a valid Driver license (driving require)

Sweep Ramp areas manually or with equipment

Sweeping with FOD Boss

Check and restock spill parts

Collect metal debris and heavy pallets

* Gather and empty trash

* Empty and replace trash barrels around the ramp

* Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas

* Service, clean, and supply restrooms
