The Role

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll own and execute full‑funnel growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, and revenue. You’ll build and optimize multi‑channel campaigns, run high‑impact performance marketing programs, craft compelling narratives for AI‑driven workflows, execute rapid experiments, and partner cross‑functionally to fuel pipeline and product adoption. You thrive in fast‑moving environments, operate with a test‑and‑learn mindset, and love using data to unlock scale.

What

You’ll Do
  • Design and execute high‑velocity, multi‑channel campaigns across paid social, paid search, email, SEO, retargeting, and partnerships.
  • Own performance marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, creative/landing page testing, budget allocation, and CAC optimization.
  • Build messaging strategies tailored to ICPs and use cases; manage a prioritized experiment backlog.
Content, Messaging & Enablement
  • Create compelling content—landing pages, nurture flows, case studies, ads, and thought leadership—that educates prospects on autonomous AI agents.
  • Collaborate with Sales to deliver enablement materials that improve conversion across stages.
  • Own funnel analytics across awareness → activation; build dashboards, trend analysis, and performance insights.
  • Run structured A/B tests on ads, copy, creative, CTAs, audiences, and onsite UX; iterate based on data and ROI.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics: CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, MQL→SQL efficiency, pipeline generated.
Cross‑Functional GTM Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Rev Ops to design campaigns around new features, personas, and use cases.
  • Translate customer feedback and pilot insights into refined positioning and growth experiments.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain strong tracking and attribution across CRM, marketing automation, and ad platforms.
  • Report on campaign performance weekly, with clear recommendations and next steps.
What We’re Looking For Experience
  • 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid programs, reducing CAC, and generating pipeline in high‑velocity environments.
Performance & Full‑Funnel Growth Chops
  • Deep experience managing paid search, paid social, programmatic, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Skilled in channel mix strategy, bid optimization, creative testing, and ROI modeling.
  • Comfortable building full‑funnel campaigns—from awareness to SQL to support sales motions.
Tooling & Process
  • Proficiency with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta), analytics tools, and marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, UTM frameworks, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Metrics‑heavy operator who can make decisions based on data, not guesswork.
  • Interest in AI/LLMs and the future of autonomous agents.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear market‑facing narratives.
