Insight Global is seeking a talented and motivated System Administrator with experience in scripting, security, troubleshooting, and user support. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in supporting hybrid Active Directory and Exchange environments, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own email delivery and protection, including Exchange Hybrid and Proofpoint administration.
• Manage and support Windows Infrastructure both on-prem and in the cloud, including WSUS, Intune, Azure SSO Integration, Conditional Access, and ADCS.
• Administer hybrid Active Directory and Entra .
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune and SCCM for device management and co-management.
• Develop automation scripts using Power Shell or Python.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoints.
• Manage enterprise-level storage systems such as Net App and Dell Power Scale (Isilon).
• Configure shares, set quotas, and troubleshoot performance issues on storage systems.
• Support virtualization technologies including VMware and Omnissa Horizon.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity, or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing hybrid Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments.
• Has supported hybrid Active Directory and Entra .
• Has managed Intune or SCCM, including co-management and integration with M365 services.
• Experience with Proofpoint or similar email security platforms.
• Strong scripting skills in Power Shell or Python.
• Experience with endpoint security solutions, preferably Microsoft Defender for Endpoints.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise storage systems (Net App, Dell Power Scale) and virtualization (VMware, Omnissa Horizon).
