We are seeking a Senior Director, Medical Strategy & Stakeholder Management to join IDEAYA’s Medical Affairs team. The Senior Director, Medical Strategy & Stakeholder Management is a pivotal leadership role within IDEAYA’s Medical Affairs organization. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and shape the development, implementation, and execution of our medical affairs and stakeholder engagement strategy from pre-launch, launch, and commercialization.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that medical initiatives align with corporate objectives and that high-quality, evidence-based information is delivered to both internal and external stakeholders. This position is based in our South San Francisco headquarter office and required to be onsite four days per week per our company policy. Reporting to: VP Medical Affairs Strategy.

• Responsible for leading, developing, and executing the Medical Affairs strategy in alignment with company objectives, as part of a multi-year pre-launch and launch plan focused on enabling patient access and improving health outcomes.
• Lead Patient Advocacy strategy and engagement, including coordination with ex-US partners and organizations, as needed.
• Develop and lead Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement initiatives, establishing and sustaining strong relationships with KOLs, academic institutions, and medical societies.
• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of advisory boards and other insight-generating activities.
