Job Details Responsibilities
  • Managing and overseeing the entire payroll function, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborating closely with the finance and budget teams to align payroll with financial goals and objectives.
  • Administering internal changes of status, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and updating payroll records accordingly.
  • Conducting regular audits of payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Generating comprehensive reports on payroll activities and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any payroll-related issues, providing excellent service to employees.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in payroll administration.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within the Nonprofit industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll systems and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proven experience in auditing and generating reports.
  • Experience working closely with budgets and finance teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
