Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. About

the team

The Executive Programs team sits within Global Executive Marketing and is responsible for designing and delivering Stripe’s most strategic executive‑facing programs and engagements. Our work connects Stripe’s leadership team with senior leaders across our customer and partner ecosystem through thoughtfully curated, high‑impact experiences.

The team owns flagship programs including Stripe’s annual Executive Summit, Customer Advisory Boards, and Stripe’s presence at global forums such as the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos. Executive Programs partners closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure these programs are cohesive, intentional, and aligned to Stripe’s most important business priorities.

What you’ll do

As a Global Executive Engagement Manager, you will help evolve Stripe’s executive engagement motion into a centralized, scalable engine that supports the company’s most strategic priorities. You will play a key role in shaping how Stripe plans, prepares for, and executes executive engagements across global events, market visits, and field activations.

This role requires strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to operate comfortably at senior levels of the organization. You will partner closely with leadership offices, Associate Business Partners (ABPs), Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales—owning the strategy, planning, and preparation for executive engagements, while working through partners to execute logistics and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

Executive engagement strategy & governance

  • Help define and operationalize Stripe’s executive engagement model across global events, market visits, and field activations
  • Partner with leadership offices and cross‑functional stakeholders to prioritize executive participation based on company goals, must‑win accounts, and strategic themes
  • Maintain a holistic view of executive engagement activity to ensure clarity of ownership, balanced workloads, and alignment with broader business priorities

Executive engagement planning & prioritization

  • Own and evolve Stripe’s executive engagement intake and prioritization approach, ensuring requests are evaluated consistently and strategically
  • Drive thoughtful peer‑to‑peer executive mapping aligned to executive interests, expertise, and business objectives
  • Synthesize executive engagement requests across Marketing and Sales partners into a cohesive, high‑impact engagement plan

Executive preparation & experience excellence

  • Set the standard for executive preparation across all engagements, ensuring leaders are equipped with clear context, objectives, and insights
  • Orchestrate the development and quality control of executive briefing materials in partnership with account teams and sales leadership; define and standardize preparation best practices for global events, market visits, and field engagements to ensure a consistent executive experience

Program operations & tooling

  • Define and maintain SOPs for executive engagement preparation, debriefs, and action tracking
  • Leverage spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal tools to track executive engagement activity, manage prioritization, and support reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and tooling to enable scale without sacrificing quality

Cross‑functional and regional partnership

  • Partner closely with Associate Business Partners (ABPs), who own executive scheduling and logistics, while this role owns the who, why, and what of executive engagement
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, Events, Sales, and regional executive marketers to deliver consistent executive experiences globally; support localization needs…
