General labor​/Asphalt Paving Crew

We are hiring General Labor / Asphalt Paving Crew Members to support our commercial paving and maintenance crews. This role is hands-on, physical, and team-driven.

You’ll work alongside experienced foremen and operators to prepare job sites, place asphalt, and complete projects safely and professionally. This is an opportunity to learn a skilled trade, build pride in your work, and grow with a company that values effort and reliability.

Daily work includes physical labor outdoors, following crew direction, and contributing to a smooth, efficient job site. We expect team members to show up on time, work hard, communicate well, and take ownership of their role.

• Perform general labor duties on asphalt and paving crews
• Assist with site preparation, including layout, barricades, and cleanup
• Rake, lute, shovel, and spread asphalt as directed
• Support paving, patching, seal coating, and striping operations
• Work closely with foremen, operators, and crew members to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
• Follow safety procedures, jobsite rules, and company standards
• Respect equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
• Take instruction well and apply feedback to improve performance

• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time every day
• Willingness to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a crew
• Respect for safety rules, teammates, and job sites
• Construction or asphalt experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills
• Must be dependable, accountable, and coachable
