We are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Production Manager. In this critical role, you will oversee our facility's production operations, ensuring that we meet our goals for quality, efficiency, and productivity. You will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating with various teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Establish and own end to end production goals and coordinate plans including key metrics to ensure these goals are executed daily, weekly, monthly and on annual production schedules.
• Drive performance through data and KPIs, including: production schedules, product timelines, budget, and labor efficiency. Report on production metrics, forecasting, trends, risks and reason for improvement and taking decisive correction action. and according to quality specifications.
• Lead with operational excellence, by coupling Torus’ mission, vision and values into daily manufacturing practices, decision-making and team culture. Establish and manage the workflows supporting the production of Torus’ products or processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and leading initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.
• Manage, develop and mentor production team members, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Support team members as questions or concerns arise.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe workplace and promoting a culture of safety among employees. Maintain clean and hygienic conditions across the operation.
• Responsible for all production floor equipment and ensuring that each piece of equipment is properly maintained and operated by qualified team members. Oversee the set‑up of machines and re‑tooling to support new products.
• Support the auditing and reporting of current inventory levels while making recommendations for restocking and ordering. Verify that proper raw material inventories are maintained to support production.
• Oversee production to ensure all materials and finished goods are free of defects and meet quality requirements.
• Produce and analyze product data and reports.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or demonstrated and related equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience operating a successful manufacturing line and applying industry best practices. Experience should include recent production management role(s) or similar experience.
• Ability to successfully monitor and report on key production metrics and output, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies for efficiency.
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office and ERP (Net Suite) software.
