Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Summary
The Project Executive, General Contracting Services, leads large-scale construction projects and oversees project teams within our general contracting division, responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects within our hospitality, QSR, grocery, retail, or government sector work. This role provides full lifecycle project leadership from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule goals are achieved.
What You'll DoStrategic Project Leadership
- Lead large-scale, multi-site programs including ground-up builds, remodels, refreshes, and rollouts
- Serve as the senior point of contact for national brand clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Establish project strategies that balance speed, quality, cost, and brand consistency
Preconstruction & Planning
- Oversee estimating, budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and risk mitigation
- Drive value engineering and procurement strategies tailored to high-volume programs
- Support contract negotiations, scope alignment, and subcontractor partnerships
Team Management & Mentorship
- Lead and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents across regions
- Create clarity, accountability, and consistency across multiple active sites
- Partner with leadership on staffing, performance management, and growth planning
Budget & Financial Oversight
- Own program budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and margin performance
- Review and approve change orders, pay applications, and financial reporting
- Oversee master schedules using Primavera and/or MS Project, ensuring schedule integrity across sites
Quality & Safety Assurance
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, safety protocols, and quality expectations
- Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Conduct site reviews and audits to ensure consistency across programs
Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with national brand clients
- Provide executive-level reporting, program dashboards, and performance insights
- Lead closeout, lessons-learned reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field or 10‑15 years of progressive GC experience
- Proven success delivering hospitality, QSR, grocery, retail, or fuel / c-store construction programs
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-site projects with tight schedules
- Strong understanding of construction means & methods, cost control, and scheduling
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and/or Primavera
- OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)
- PMP, GC License, or LEED experience a plus
- Confident leader with strong communication and client-facing skills

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $135,000 to $165,000, is based on a full‑time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.
