Job Description

As a part of Cosmo Prof, the largest hair and beauty supplier, you will work within the mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair. We are committed to providing salon professionals with an epic experience based on our four pillars:

• Manage customer experience, leading a team to deliver unforgettable service and custom‑fit solutions for hair and beauty needs.
• Achieve sales goals by overseeing all store operations, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales and managing inventory.
• Ensure safety and security by enforcing company policies and procedures for all staff, customers and store assets.
• Maintain a clean, appealing store appearance.

• At least 3 years of customer‑service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self‑starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

Working Conditions /

Physical Requirements:

The position requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching and occasional lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipments or record boxes. It involves working around moving parts, carts or machines and may occasionally involve exposure to irritant chemicals.
