The Retail Associate Manager (RAM) works as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life, embodying Arch Telecom’s Core Values.
The role is a learning position where you will build required skills and support the Retail Store Manager in all operational duties.
- Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Sell personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and expertise.
- Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
- Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits and troubleshooting.
- Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes.
- Build relationships across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Leadership and the confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- A willingness to lead your team, share best practices and serve customers.
- Effective operational, financial and performance management skills.
- Amazing communication skills with team and customers.
- Prior wireless sales experience.
