Job Description

The Retail Associate Manager (RAM) works as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life, embodying Arch Telecom’s Core Values.

The role is a learning position where you will build required skills and support the Retail Store Manager in all operational duties.

What You’ll Do
  • Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
  • Sell personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and expertise.
  • Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits and troubleshooting.
  • Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes.
  • Build relationships across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.

  • Prior wireless sales experience.

Must Haves
