Software Implementation Lead

ATX, located in Biddeford ME, provides technology consulting services to high-growth businesses throughout the US. Our services include technology strategy, software selection, software implementation, business process improvement, business intelligence, system integrations, and executive dashboards and reporting. Our clients include construction, professional and financial services firms, non-profits, facility services, and other industries.

ATX has been named one of the best places to work in Maine and we are excited to expand our team. We have an immediate need for a Software Implementation Lead with enterprise software implementation experience to work within our Technology Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

• Management of technology system implementation projects including accountability for project timelines and budgets.
• Driving clients and third-party vendors to complete critical path items and decisions.
• Implementation support services including design, testing, documenting, and data migration support.
• Functional implementation support, including process improvement and redesign (accounting and operations processes).
• Data migration support, including cleansing, mapping, and design.
• Learning new software platforms and training end users.
• Assigning and overseeing work of other project resources.
• Consulting services related to technology strategy and software selection engagements.
• Preparation, review, and editing of client deliverables using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio.
• Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Candidates for this position should have experience managing technology system implementations and/or business process transformation projects. ERP or other Enterprise Software implementation experience is required. Experience with Facilities Management, Field Service, Construction or Accounting software applications is strongly desired. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of relevant software implementation experience and be interested in working in a fast-paced, growing consulting firm.

A strong attention to detail with the ability to understand the big picture are required.

This position is located in Biddeford, Maine. The ideal candidate would be within commuting distance of the office. This position may require partial week travel to client sites located across the United States.
