Maine Health Medical Group is seeking a Physician and APP Recruiter who will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers. The Recruiter will focus on hiring for Maine Health's Southern Region, which includes Portland, Biddeford, Sanford and other locations within that geographic scope and will also work on searches and projects to support the overall hiring needs of the Medical Group and the work of the Provider Recruitment Center.
Will guides search leads, MHMG leaders and candidates through the full cycle recruitment process and is responsible for a candidate s application from the time of initial inquiry through the offer process.
This is a benefit eligible position currently based in our South Portland, Maine office. It is a hybrid position and is not open to fully remote candidates.

RequiredKSAs
Bachelor s Degree preferred.
Certifications:
Certification in physician recruitment preferred.
Five years of combined recruitment, Human Resource or other relevant business experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.
Required:
Database management systems and applicant tracking skills.
Proficient MS Office Suite skills
