Summary:
Maine Health Medical Group is seeking a Physician and APPRecruiterwho will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers. The Recruiter will focus on hiring for Maine Health's Coastal Region, specifically in the Rockport, Pen Bay and Waldo area. The Recruiter will also work on searches and projects to support the overall hiring needs of the Medical Group and the work of the Provider Recruitment Center.
The Recruiter guides search leads, MHMG leaders and candidates through the full cycle recruitment process; and is responsible for a candidate's application from the time of initial inquiry through the offer process. This is a benefit eligible position. It is ahybridposition and is not open to fully remote candidates. Candidates will be expected to be on-site at our locations in Rockport, Pen Bay and Waldo on a regular basis.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Certifications:
Certification in physician recruitment preferred.
Five years of combined recruitment, Human Resource or other relevant business experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.
Required:
Database management systems and applicant tracking skills.
Proficient MS Office Suite skills
