Mental Health Therapist

Full-Time Clinician (Primarily In-Person) Art of Awareness Wellness Center is seeking a Full-Time Clinician to join our collaborative, trauma-informed clinical team. We welcome applications from fully or conditionally licensed LCSWs, LCPCs, and LMFTs. Role Overview This position is primarily in person, as the majority of our clients are seeking in-office services. There is some flexibility for telehealth sessions, and non-client meetings (such as supervision or trainings) may be attended remotely as appropriate. Clinicians maintain a supported caseload of approximately 25 client contact hours per week, with paid administrative time built in. We are especially interested in clinicians who are open to working with children, adolescents, couples and families in addition to individual adults.

Experience with these populations is preferred but not required; weekly supervision and ongoing training in trauma-informed, relational, and developmentally attuned care. Applicants must be willing to occasionally work evening hours and/or one weekend day, based on client needs and scheduling rotation.
