Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

• Shift: 3pm-11:30pm
• Mon‑Fri with weekend on‑call every 6‑8 weeks
• Participate in on‑call weekend rotations approximately every 6‑8 weeks and 2 out of 3 major holidays per year

• Manage resident care needs according to care plans
• Supervise and coach staff on shift to ensure standards of care are met
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
• Accurately document and maintain records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families
• Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care.
• Participate in on‑call weekend rotations (approx. every 6‑8 weeks) and 2 out of 3 major holidays per year

• Current Maine RN license
• Experience working as a nurse manager or supervisor
