- Bachelor s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in medical office management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and EMR systems.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
