South Portland, Maine:
We invite a skilled Primary Care Physician to join an established outpatient practice caring for adults and families across the region. Physicians trained in family medicine or internal medicine are both encouraged to apply. This is an equal opportunity employer.

This office-based role offers a stable patient panel, strong clinical support, and a collaborative environment focused on high-quality, relationship-driven care. The practice is part of a modern 75-bed medical center within Maines second-largest healthcare system, offering convenient access to numerous specialty services and opportunities for advancement.

This full-time role features 34 patient hours and 6 administrative hours, with your choice of a 4- or 5-day workweek. Call is telephone-only, shared across the primary care team, and occurs fewer than 3 times/year. You will see an average of 1418 patients per day, supported by dedicated MAs, strong RN staffing, and two exam rooms per provider. You may incorporate minor in-office procedures (such as dermatology and suturing) if desired.
