• Work alongside key stakeholders to identify opportunities for analyzing and leveraging company data to drive the company's decision-making processes.
• Create and maintain various models and analytical reports to assist all departments and provide actionable information to management.
• Build reporting, ad hoc analyses, and dashboards to help drive business decisions in the areas of sales, production, performance, etc.
• Collaborate with growth marketing/performance marketing team to identify trends and opportunities to scale campaigns and drive success.
• Collaborate with team leaders to analyze and explain departmental performance, prepare analyses to support departmental objectives, and communicate key trends and issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

• Proven experience in ecomm, sales, and marketing data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills, with advanced skills in Excel and similar tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Skills in SQL, Python, Tableau/Looker Studio or Google Analytics.
• Experience working with Triple Whale (or similar tool).
• Experience in working with large datasets and performing advanced statistical analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field. Focus on data analytics a plus.
• Five or more years of data analytics experience as an individual contributor.
