Overview
The Lead has a direct impact on both the execution of brand standards and the teammate experience. Working closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead serves as the in‑store expert for their business/department and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while guiding teammates. The Lead leads by example, showing empathy, resilience,ctime optimism, and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Supports building and hiring a strong team by observing in‑store interviews and department tours.
- Builds a people‑first culture by connecting with every teammate in the store to build mutual trust and respect.
- Plans, organizes, and controls 30‑day schedules with Assistant Store Manager guidance, including workforce allocation for daily assignments, game plans, projects, and store events.
- Leverages teammates to ensure brand standards are met, programs and processes are executed daily, and tasks are delegated based on priority.
- Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, pricing, inventory presentation, and replenishment protocols.
- Assists the store leadership team with general supervision and follows Company policies and procedures.
- Trains teammates on company procedures and programs, including onboarding new staff and cross‑training current staff.
- Prioritizes coaching and development, providing hands‑on coaching and explaining the “why” behind tasks and processes (e.g., Protection Plans, Scorecards, Loss Prevention).
- Encourages an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
- Adheres to safety, loss‑prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of Company information.

- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior retail வரும் sales experience (or customer‑focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with the use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).
Targeted Pay Range: $18.50 – $28.25 per hour. The starting rate will vary based on location, experience and the position offered.
