Overview
Unit Manager - RN is reasonable to oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The Unit Manager - RN/LPN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.
- Must have, as a minimum, one year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
- Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
