Senior Production Manager

TLI Home is a leading importer and wholesaler of home textiles and trendy home décor, serving major off-price retailers for over 30 years. We are seeking a hands‑on leader who can manage production staff while driving daily execution with Asia factories.

This role combines leadership and execution. The ideal candidate will manage the Production team, oversee end-to-end order execution, coordinate closely with Asia factories, and partner with Sales and Product Development to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and accurate costing.

• Lead and manage the Production team; set priorities and ensure accountability
• Manage end-to-end production from PO placement through shipment
• Communicate daily with Asia factories and overseas offices on pricing, timelines, sample approvals, and production status
• Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve delays, quality, or packaging issues
• Prepare and analyze costing and pricing data using Excel
• Support logistics planning and order consolidation (knowledge of logistics a plus)

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of textile production/merchandising experience (home textiles or apparel)
• Strong experience working directly with Asia factories
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow‑up and problem‑solving skills
