Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead the rebuilding of Lab Vantage integrations with SAP and design new integrations to support critical business processes. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

• Partner with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements for Lab Vantage–SAP integrations.
• Lead the design and functional specification for new integrations across four major categories:
• Specification Digitization – Enable digital management of product specifications.
• Results Reporting with Batch Disposition – Streamline reporting and batch approval workflows.
• Production Batch Workorder Creation – Automate workorder generation for production batches.
• Sample and Consumable Inventory – Integrate inventory tracking for samples and consumables.
• Sampling Plan Data Download – Facilitate data extraction for sampling plans.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and target state processes.
• Collaborate with SAP and Lab Vantage technical teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with business rules.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and user stories for development teams.
• Support testing and validation of integrations, ensuring quality and adherence to requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (preferably related to manufacturing, inventory, and quality).
• Experience with LIMS or similar laboratory information management systems.
• Proven ability to document requirements, create functional specs, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with integration design principles and data mapping between systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in life sciences or biotech domain.
• Knowledge of GxP compliance and regulated environments
