This is a full‑time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our South Plainfield, NJ financial center at 4900 Hadley Center Drive. Must be available for scheduling around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsible for providing an exceptional financial center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm. Focus on customer‑centric conversations to deepen relationships and be a trusted advisor. Be a role model and leader in the center. Oversee financial center operations while adhering to all compliance and risk policies and procedures. Coach and mentor team members to ensure team and individual goals are achieved.

• Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries, scheduling appointments, and actively engaging customers in the lobby to identify sales opportunities and convert them into tangible outcomes.
• Maintain sound risk and compliance practices by ensuring the financial center operates within applicable regulations and company policies, managing risk through adherence to regulatory standards while exercising sound judgment.
• Utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship‑building conversations with customers, ensuring a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and relationship expansion. Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques while developing team members to achieve the same CRM expertise.
• Contribute to team‑building and performance excellence by collaborating closely with the Financial Center Manager to assist in building and nurturing a high‑performing team, including talent selection, seamless onboarding, ongoing coaching, and performance management.
• Actively participate in off‑site networking events and community initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and local community ties, driving business growth opportunities.

• May serve as a Notary Public for their financial center.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty not applicable at this level. (Required)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty Business or other applicable. (Preferred)

3 or more years of related business or sales experience. (Required)

1 or more years of supervisor or team leader experience. (Preferred)

• Proactive and result oriented. (Required)
• Highly collaborative with Fulton partners and other team members. (Required)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct needs‑based conversations. (Required)

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee is accountable for understanding and acting on the contents of all company‑assigned or job‑related compliance programs, regulations, and policies. Employees must ensure compliance training assignments are completed by established due dates and escalating compliance risks to appropriate management levels.

The hourly rate for this position is $24.13 - $40.24.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including candidate knowledge, skills, depth of experience, and relevant licenses or credentials. The salary range may vary by geographic location.
