Sales Coordinator

A J Jersey is seeking a Forklift Sales Coordinator to manage post-sale operations, including processing equipment orders, coordinating delivery, and handling documentation to support the sales team. They act as a liaison between customers, sales reps, and service departments, managing inventory, attachments, and logistics to ensure timely delivery. Key skills include organization, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.

• Order Processing & Logistics:
  Process new/used equipment deals, place orders with manufacturers, and coordinate shipping with trucking teams.
• Coordination & Scheduling:
  Liaise with service/parts departments for equipment prep and attachments.
• Customer Support:
  Provide updates to sales reps on delivery timelines and manage customer inquiries.
• Administration & Inventory:
  Maintain accurate sales files, manage inventory, and handle invoicing.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or similar is often preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in material handling equipment, logistics, or a sales support role is highly beneficial.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
