Domino's Pizza is seeking qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. We are growing and offer opportunities for advancement. This is a role that can be part time or full time and may fit as a second job or main position depending on the schedule.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product; receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Support training process; orientation and on-the-job training.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• General job duties for all store team members.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Verbal communication and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
• Ability to enter orders accurately using a computer or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and higher in different areas.
• Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust; potential for hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher.
• Cramped spaces, moving mechanical parts, and sharp edges.
• Stand for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; carrying and pushing tasks as described (e.g., cases of ingredients, trays, and supplies).

• Climbing stairs or ladders for price changes or maintenance on occasion.
• Forward bending at the waist and other repetitive motions may be required.
• Occasional standing and reaching beyond 72 inches to access ovens and storage.
• Eye-hand coordination and dexterity for dough shaping, pizza assembly, and using tools such as pizza peels and cutters.
