We're seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated team at South Ogden Post-Acute
, a highly respected skilled nursing facility in Ogden, Utah
.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated, caring, and team-oriented therapist who enjoys working with the geriatric population
. You'll help residents regain independence and confidence in their daily lives while being part of a supportive and collaborative therapy team.
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist residents with adaptive ADL retraining and functional mobility activities
Treat residents with varying degrees of clinical complexity
Demonstrate proficiency with all types of transfers and safety techniques
Accurately document therapy sessions in compliance with company and facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure consistent, patient-centered care

Current Utah OTA license in good standing
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
1 year of SNF experience preferred
