We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho‑social services supporting over 600 long‑term care facilities across the Midwest, with immediate openings for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in geriatric psychiatry.
LocationBloomington, IL
PositionPart‑time or full‑time, daytime hours, Monday‑Friday, no weekends or on‑call, with flexible scheduling and autonomy.
Qualifications- Valid NP or PA license
- DEA registration
- Experience or interest in geriatric mental health
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of mental health care delivery, Medicare standards, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for mostly geriatric patients in various care settings
- Manage a caseload of 12‑15 patients daily
- Does not include psychological therapy
- 1+ years of geriatric mental health experience
- Familiarity with Medicare documentation
- Full or partial benefits
