• Develop strategies to reduce costs and enhance efficiency across manufacturing sites
• Assess processes, systems, and equipment to identify and eliminate losses
• Prepare financial justifications for optimization and capital projects
• Coach site leaders in the use of continuous improvement tools and processes
• Lead multiple projects that deliver scalable value and communicate effectively with senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar engineering field
• 7+ years of Industrial Engineering experience
• 4+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain
• Strong financial knowledge for developing project justifications
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies

• Experience applying Total Productive Maintenance-based continuous improvement
• Skilled in coaching leaders at all levels on continuous improvement tools
• History of successful program development and delivery
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
• Plant experience leading continuous improvement across a manufacturing facility
