Marketing Email Specialist

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Marketing Email Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This is a 100% Remote Role. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay Rate Range – $55 - 60/hr on W2

6 months assignment with HIGH possibility of extension

We're looking for an individual fill in on our Messaging Platform team, where you'll play a key role in designing and building sophisticated customer journeys that drive meaningful engagement at scale.

In this role, you'll work extensively with Journey Builder to architect multi-step, cross-channel customer experiences, leveraging Automation Studio to orchestrate complex workflows and data processes.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and manage Data Extensions, build and optimize data flows using Contact Builder, and ensure data integrity across our marketing ecosystem.

Beyond the core platform, you'll contribute to integrations, performance tuning, and best-practice development across the Marketing Cloud stack.

5+ years of total experience with enterprise sized implementations with at least 2+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, a strong understanding of AMPscript and Server‑Side JavaScript (SSJS), and a passion for building scalable, data‑driven solutions that put the customer experience first.

Should have good understanding of SQL.
