Dynamics Analyst

Qorali is partnering with a highly successful Chicago‑based organisation to recruit an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Analyst This is an opportunity to influence critical commercial processes, elevate platform capabilities, and drive meaningful transformation across Sales and Marketing. You will collaborate with stakeholders to uncover business needs, shape solution design, and deliver impactful improvements in a fast‑moving environment.

Develop and maintain automated, reliable integrations across Dynamics 365 CE, Power BI, and Power Automate. Your work will support accurate reporting, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency for commercial teams.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to introduce Microsoft Copilot for Sales and related AI‑driven capabilities. You will identify high‑value scenarios, support adoption, and ensure AI features are implemented in a governed, measurable, and sustainable way.

Support the rollout and ongoing enhancement of Customer Insights by integrating key data sources, building unified customer profiles, enabling segmentation, and supporting predictive modelling—driving personalised engagement and stronger commercial outcomes.

Apply your deep understanding of CE entities and Dataverse to build scalable components, maintain cloud flows, resolve issues, and introduce standardised automation patterns. Ensure the environment remains robust, stable, and aligned to best‑practice design.

Work cross‑functionally to explore new Microsoft CE and AI capabilities, run controlled pilots, and guide successful deployment. You will help the organisation stay ahead of platform advancements and maximise return on investment.

Implement strategic data management practices—including archiving, purging, and capacity planning—to maintain performance  may also support building role‑based portals or hubs using Power Pages to enhance usability for Sales teams.

• Degree or diploma in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Service)
• Solid understanding of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Exposure to D365 F&SCM
  , particularly Sales & Marketing, is highly advantageous
• Self‑driven, organised, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret and produce technical specifications and supporting materials
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when needed for critical activities
• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis capability
