Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Collaborate with shippers to onboard invoices into Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platforms, ensuring timely and accurate data exchange.
  • Validate shipper data presentation against published U.S. Bank transaction standards and shipper billing guides.
  • Provide guidance and support to shippers for compliance with established data formatting and transmission requirements.
  • Work with multiple data formats, including ASC X12, XML, JSON, comma-delimited and fixed-length files.
  • Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to resolve integration issues and maintain data integrity.
  • Utilize SQL for basic data queries and validation tasks.
  • Leverage Service Now for workflow management, issue tracking and documentation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve onboarding processes and enhance system efficiency.
  • Ensure data processing continuity and system health by participating in the on‑call rotation for production support and code deployments.
Basic Qualifications
  • 10 or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Strong knowledge of data formats, e.g., ASC X12, XML, JSON, CSV and fixed‑length files.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL for data validation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Service Now or similar IT service management tools.
  • Use of EDI software analysis tools such as EDISIM analyzer.
  • Experience with AXWAY B2B and API management software.
  • Use of text editing tools such as Ultra Edit.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

This position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means there's an in‑office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
