Salesforce Business Analyst – Financial Services Cloud (Contract)

Hybrid – Chicago/Naperville, IL (Local candidates required)

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to support a Salesforce-heavy transformation initiative within a financial services environment. The role focuses on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), data foundation redesign, and enterprise data mapping from internal applications into the Salesforce instance.

The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and capable of bridging business and technical teams while leading stakeholder discussions and driving requirements forward.

• Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Set meeting agendas and drive structured outcomes.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Produce concise meeting minutes and actionable summaries.
• Perform data mapping between internal applications and Salesforce.
• Analyze and compare data sets.
• Partner with developers and technical leads to clarify requirements.
• Support redesign of data foundation feeding Salesforce.
• Ensure timely stakeholder follow-up.

• 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

• Salesforce objects (standard & custom)
• High‑level data architecture
• Data flow into and out of Salesforce
• Experience with data mapping and analytics.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead meetings and drive outcomes.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Financial services or banking experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot).
• Experience supporting data transformation initiatives.

• Takes ownership of meetings and deliverables.
• Is not afraid to ask questions.
• Can translate business needs into structured requirements.
• Communicates clearly and concisely.
• Understands systems at a functional (non‑developer) level.
• Thrives in collaborative, hybrid environments.

This is a Contract position based out of Naperville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
