What We’re Looking For

We’re selective—and high performers appreciate that.

Must-Haves

• ~3–12 years in Big 4 Public Accounting, Big 4 Consulting, or large-firm technical accounting/advisory experience
• Strong leadership qualities and a growth-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage complex deliverables
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems quickly
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-visibility client environments
• CPA or CPA progression a plus

Some flexibility exists, but this role is primarily onsite long-term, supporting clients and collaborating with team members in person.
