Naperville Roofing & Construction is seeking an experienced carpenter ready to transition into a Project Manager role overseeing residential interior renovations and custom deck installations.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who understands jobsite sequencing, quality control, and crew coordination—and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

• Manage interior remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, structural modifications)
• Oversee custom deck installations (framing, composite decking, rail systems)
• Coordinate subcontractors and in-house crews
• Order and manage materials
• Schedule inspections and project milestones
• Maintain job budgets and production timelines
• Communicate directly with homeowners
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

• Minimum 7 years of carpentry or remodeling experience
• Experience leading crews or acting as a lead carpenter
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing
• Ability to read plans and identify potential issues
• Professional communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license

• $70,000 starting salary
