We’re looking for a data-driven and innovative Marketing CRM Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. If you’re passionate about creating personalised customer experiences, leveraging data to drive engagement, and delivering impactful campaigns, this is an exciting opportunity to shape how we communicate with our customers across B2C and B2B channels.

Full-time, 37.5 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday
As a Marketing CRM Manager, you’ll develop and own our email marketing strategy, build sophisticated segmentation and personalisation frameworks, and manage CRM workflows across platforms such as Klaviyo. You’ll collaborate with teams across retail, agriculture, and digital to deliver campaigns that resonate with our customers and support business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:- Creating and managing automated lifecycle journeys and BAU campaigns
- Designing advanced segmentation and personalisation strategies
- Configuring CRM workflows and automation rules
- Monitoring campaign performance and delivering actionable insights
- Embedding a test‑and‑learn culture through A/B and multivariate testing
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards
- Supporting cross‑functional projects and product launches
- Exploring opportunities for channel expansion (SMS, offline CRM)
- Proven experience in CRM and email marketing within a multi‑channel environment
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms;
Klaviyo experience is highly desirable - Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
- Knowledge of segmentation, personalisation, and campaign optimisation
- Familiarity with GDPR and data protection regulation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and customer‑focused
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
